Chain Gang Towing & Recovery Agency LLC  is responsible for removing unauthorized and illegally parked vehicles throughout the Somerset County area. These vehicles are being sold as is, where is with no liens or holds.

A $50 deposit will be required to bid.  If you are the winning bidder, the deposit will be applied to your invoice.  If you do not win, the deposit will be refunded.

There will be a 13.5% Buyer's Premium added to the purchase price of the vehicle.

Credit cards will not be accepted for invoices, or any portions of invoices exceeding a total of $5000.  This applies to the total of an individual invoice, and not an individual unit on the invoice.  Under no circumstances will invoices be split to circumvent this rule.
